Tips For Men suffering by Erectile Dysfunction

Hello Xossipians,
I want to give some tips to men suffering from erectile dysfunction. with the help of these tricks you will be able to sustain your erection for longer time and enjoy sex.
If you are suffering from weak erection, or no erection, loss of sex drive, thinning of semen or infertility then you are at right place.

CONNECTION OF MASTURBATION WITH ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
  1. First of all you should cut down longer time masturbation or aggressive masturbation like giving jerk or jolt to penis. Because longer time erection and aggressive masturbation may damage some muscles and tissues of penis. which further obstruct erection mechanism and creates hurdle to hold enough blood within veins of penis and results in permanent Erectile Dysfunction. whenever you want to masturbate, masturbate in very mild way so your penis muscles, tissues and veins would not get damage. don't masturbate more than 30 mins.Masturbation is healthy and offer good exercise to penis but if we do it in appropriate manner.
  2. Try to Avoid ejaculation as much as possible whenever you do masturbation. because it cause semen and sperm loss which may result in infertility( It takes 72 days for formation of healthy sperm which can make lady pregnant). and whenever we ejaculate in excess of amount it leads to thinning of semen and loss of libido ( sex drive). and for sex libido is more important thing so preserve it to use when you really need to have sex. Remember without libido or enough sex drive you can not perform sex. If you have enough sex drive your penis ll get stimulated and will be ready for sex by getting erection. but without sex drive your penis may not get stimulated.
  3. Do not masturbate more than 2 times a Week and do not ejaculate semen more than 2 times in a month.------ This will help to relax your penis muscles and tissues and will also help to produce good quality of thick semen and sperms.
  4. Masturbating for longer time or aggressive masturbation leads to twisting or curvature in penis. e.g if you masturbate exclusively and excessively by left hand your penis will form curve or twist on right side. And if you are right hand masturbator your penis ll tend towards left.
  5. Such a curve penis again has a big problem in holding enough amount of blood while getting erection. Because such curve is form due to damage to particular side of penis's tissues and muscles. Hence this twisting side of penis gains tendency to roll down towards gravitational force and hence blood escape from veins quickly and you loose erection.
  6. So to avoid these complication try to avoid or do masturbation in very low amount and in very mild way. so your penis will not get damaged.
POSSIBLE REASONS FOR ERECTILE DYSFUNCION.
  1. Low Testosterone levels in body.
  2. scar or injury to Penis.
  3. Torsion, twisting of cock due to over masturbation.
  4. Fatigue, Anxiety or loss of libido( sex Drive).
  5. Low blood levels in body. ( suffering from Anemia).

TREATMENT AND MEDICATION
  1. There is not definite treatment available.
  2. Drugs like Sidenafil citrate, Teldenafil are available in market which will give you erection but it has severe side effects like Heart attack.
  3. Penile transplant surgery. but it has adverse effect like you can not gain erection naturally.
  4. Consult good sexologist, Urologists or physician.
KEY IN MANAGING ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION.
Friends though you are suffering from low erections or weak erections. No need to worry. Here are some tricks with the help of which you can gain enough erection and can perform sex in satisfactory manner.

To have hard erection and perform sex follow following tips.
  1. As I said earlier cut down your masturbation practice. do not masturbate for more than 30 mins and avoid ejaculation. So it ll preserve your sex drive. do this for 1 month just masturbate in mild way but do not ejaculate you ll Observe that your sexual urge is increasing day by day.
  2. Do not start sex before enough fore play like pressing and sucking lady's breasts, kissing hugging and caressing.
  3. you should perform fore play like this for minimum 15 mins. while doing foreplay try to stimulate your penis also by touching and giving mild jerks. so this foreplay will stimulate your sexual urge and automatically you will notice that your penis has become hard like rock.
  4. The person suffering from weak erection should always give support to his hard penis by holding it. don't leave penis without support when u ll get hard on. because due to curvature in penis it has developed tendency to roll down on one side towards gravitational force. so by giving it support by holding hard penis you can protect it from loosing erection.
  5. Try to pull or push penis on opposite side of it's curvature. when you ll push it on opposite side of erection it will automatically get stimulated. and due to pushing it on opposite side of it's curve it will develop stretch in penis which ll help you to sustain erection for loger time.
  6. take 2 rubber bands according to your penis's girth. before getting erection wear one rubber band at the base of penis and 1 at the tip of penis. so when your penis ll get hard these rubber bands will exert pressure on your penis which will help to trap blood inside your penis and it ll not allow blood to escape back.
  7. But before wearing rubber band you should clean your pelvic hairs to avoid any injury. if u find rubber bands pain full don't try it. and you should not wear rubber bands for more than 30 mins on your hard penis. otherwise it many damage penis. ( it is just short term management theory)
  8. while doing intercourse you may feel you are loosing erection. at such a time you should memo-rise any blue film you have seen, any intimating scene from movie or the lady which you want to fuck in your real life.. try to memorize that lady infront of your eyes or that intimating scene like which you wana fuck.
  9. memorizing such a erotic scene will again stimulate your penis you ll gain erection again and you can continue fucking.
  10. don't try any standing sex position because blood will try to move towards down in order to gravitational force. so try missionary position or reverse cow position in which you ll lay down and lady will ride your cock. this will help to trap blood within your penis.
  11. If you want to try standing position or doggy position I will tell you trick which will really help you.------- If your penis is tilting towards right side due to over masturbation then while fucking in doggy position stand on your left foot and elevate your right foot and rest it on heigher position like table or corner of bed. so due to this what will happen as your penis is tilting on right side when you ll elevate your right foot your penis ll automatically get lifted and it ll become in very good position to trap blood. but if u stand on both feet or if you raise your left feet your penis ll tilt more towards right side and it ll loose erection.
  12. If your penis is tilting towards left side do vice versa. raise and keep your left foot on higher side so your penis ll get elevation for better erection. but while doing sex in any position giving support to your penis is very important otherwise you may loose erection.
  13. you can try two or three condoms one above other and again two rubber bands one at the base of penis and one at the tip of penis. This can again help you to trap blood within penis for harder erections.

in this case, when veins or muscles damage, do we feel excruciating pain at that point? how do we know the damage has occured?
